Delete your Roboilm account

This page explains how teachers delete their Roboilm account and its data. Students do not have accounts: they join a class with a code, and a teacher or parent can ask us to remove them (see below).

Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Roboilm app and sign in as a teacher.
  2. Tap your name at the top right, then Delete my account. (If your account is still waiting for approval, the button is on that screen under “Sign out”.)
  3. Read the warning, type DELETE, and tap Delete everything.
The deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your teacher account: email address, sign-in details and display name.
  • All classes and demo codes you created, including their join codes.
  • The student first names or nicknames in those classes, and their progress, quiz scores, stars and XP.

Anything stored only on a device (game scores, downloaded lessons) is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.

What is kept

Nothing about you or your students is kept after deletion, apart from routine backups held by our hosting provider, which are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Can’t use the app?

Email info@roboilm.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Roboilm account”. We will delete the account and its data and confirm by email, within 30 days.

Parents, guardians and schools

To have a child’s name and progress removed, email info@roboilm.com with the class name and the child’s first name or nickname. We will confirm with the teacher or school where needed, then delete it.
